Daniele Watts, an African-American actress who has starred in Hollywood films such as Django Unchained, was “handcuffed and detained” by Los Angeles police officers after being mistaken for a prostitute for kissing her white husband in public.

ARE. YOU. FUCKING. SERIOUS.

Except no. She was having sex in a car with her boyfriend, and the office building they were parked in front of called to complain.
The responding officer was actually really reasonable with her, she responded with combative and belligerent words, then started calling the officer and everyone in the office building racists. It’s on video.
I fully endorse calling out shitty people abusing their positions/mistreatment of people/abuse of minorities, but this was none of those things. She and her boyfriend were banging in a public place in broad daylight, and when they were asked to, you know, stop breaking the law and be classy, they got upset.

THANK YOU

I’ve been teaching people twice my age since I was 19. Believe me, it happens.

"There has never been a time without unicorns. We live forever. We are as old as the sky, old as the moon."

The Last Unicorn (1982)

I totally remember watching this when I was younger!
